What this site is
Septic System Repair Chattanooga is an independently operated referral and information website. We are not a septic contractor, engineer, soil scientist, or government agency. Calls and form submissions are routed to independent local septic companies, each solely responsible for the services it performs.
Information, not professional advice
Articles on this site are researched against primary sources (state rules, county soil surveys, federal guidance) and most pages cite those sources. They are still general information. Your property's soils, system, and permit situation are specific to you, and decisions about repairs should be made with the contractor doing the work and the permitting office for your county: TDEC in Tennessee, the county environmental health office in Georgia.
No warranties
The site is provided as-is. We work to keep facts current and correct, and we date our research, but rules and fees change and we make no warranty that every figure is current on the day you read it. Verify permit requirements and fees with the issuing office before relying on them.
The referral relationship
Companies receiving inquiries from this site may pay us a referral fee for operating it and routing those inquiries to them. We do not set their prices, schedule their work, or guarantee their performance. Any agreement for septic work is between you and the company that takes your job. Complaints about workmanship should go to that company first, and to the relevant state licensing or county permitting office if unresolved.
Acceptable use
Don't scrape the form, submit false requests, or misrepresent this site's content as your own. Quoting with a link is fine.
Changes
We may update these terms; the effective date above changes when we do. Questions: use the contact form or see how this site works.
