What we collect
- Callback form details. If you use the form, we receive the phone number, name, ZIP code, and problem description you type in, and nothing else.
- Calls. The phone number on this site is a tracking number. The call service logs that a call happened, the caller's number, and the call duration so the receiving company can return missed calls and we can count how many calls the site generates. Calls may be recorded by the receiving company's phone system where the law allows.
- Site analytics. If analytics are enabled, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not track you across other sites. We do not use advertising pixels or cross-site trackers.
Where it goes
Form submissions and calls go to an independent local septic company this site works with, so they can contact you about your request. That is the only routine sharing we do. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists.
What we keep
We keep call counts and form submissions only as long as needed to run the site and settle our arrangements with the companies receiving them, then delete them. The company that handles your request keeps whatever records it needs for its own business; its handling of your information is governed by its practices once you become its customer.
Your choices
- You can call without using the form; the form is optional.
- You can ask us to delete a form submission by sending another form message saying so, or by asking on the phone line.
- Browsers with strict privacy settings work fine here. The site has no login, no cookies of its own, and no third-party embeds.
Who runs this site
